As consultants, we often have to ask tough questions that our clients will have a tough time answering.  Most employers have a good handle on the tactical aspects of their business.  The strategic plan changes more frequently and key elements are often revisited on a reactive basis when a proactive approach can often have great impact on productivity and profitability.
